We want you to love your purchase from GodzillaFigures.com, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition — unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).
To start a return, please email us at layoutking96@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover handling and processing costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Mystery boxes (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
